The service and operator

SadiFI is a personal finance organisation and planning tool operated by The Sardjono Studio, based in South Africa. It helps you understand and track the information you enter. Contact support@sadifi.com for service questions.

Your account and records

Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials private. Use only information you are authorised to enter. Choose your country carefully when creating your account: the app uses it for your account currency and related settings. Contact support if you believe an account detail is incorrect.

You remain responsible for checking imported records, calculations and exports against original documents. Keep your own backups and protect recovery codes. Supported sync requires connectivity and action on the relevant devices; offline changes do not instantly appear elsewhere.

Trials, access and pricing

The desktop offer is a 30-day trial, subject to the eligibility and access conditions shown in the app. Available platforms and release status are shown in the download section. A beta release may have limitations.

Before a purchase, review the selected access period, total price and currency in your account. Longer access periods are charged as a total, not monthly instalments. Access is applied after payment is verified. Do not assume that an incomplete or failed checkout has extended your access. Contact support with your payment reference if a confirmed purchase has not appeared.

New purchasing may be paused. Existing access is governed by its recorded entitlement. Future price changes must be shown before a new purchase; these terms do not authorise undisclosed charges or automatic recurring billing.

Refunds and consumer rights

Read the Refund & Cancellation Policy before purchasing. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African consumer law or other applicable law. Mandatory statutory rights take priority over conflicting wording.

Planning tools and reference information

SadiFI does not provide personalised financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Calculations depend on inputs, assumptions and available reference information. Market prices and conversions may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. Verify important decisions against authoritative records and seek suitable professional advice where needed. Financial outcomes are not guaranteed.

Permitted use

Use the service lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with other accounts, abuse referral or trial systems, or distribute malicious content. SadiFI software and brand materials remain subject to applicable intellectual-property rights. Your own financial records remain yours.

Availability and changes

Internet services, updates and supported platforms may change or be temporarily unavailable. We should communicate material changes affecting purchased access and provide remedies required by law. We may restrict access to address unlawful use or security threats, subject to applicable rights and reasonable handling of disputes.

Privacy and support

The Privacy Policy explains the handling of personal information. For a problem, contact support with the relevant version, a description and any payment reference. Avoid including passwords, full card details or recovery codes.

Applicable law and disputes

These terms are intended for a South African operator and are subject to applicable South African law, without removing mandatory protections that apply to a customer elsewhere. Contact us first to help resolve a concern. This does not prevent you from using an applicable regulator, dispute-resolution body or court.
